We collect student details when the student submits those details to us online through the contact form on our website or by email. These details are stored within our secure database system. The details collected may include the student’s full name, postal address, phone and fax numbers and email address.

We use personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as emails and critical service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional emails. If at any time a customer wishes not to receive such correspondence, they can request to be removed from our mailing lists by emailing us at acting(at)

We never collect the student’s financial details such as credit card details. All payments to us done via PayPal or direct deposit.

Storing and Disclosing Personal Information

We do our best to keep our records of students’ personal information up to date and accurate and not to keep personal information that is no longer needed.

We never share the students’ personal information. You will be notified if your personal information is requested by any third party that is not our agent/service provider so you can make an informed choice as to whether or not to share your information with that party.

Any requests be will responded to as soon as we reasonably can including, in the case of access and correction requests, if we are unable to provide the student with access (such as when we no longer hold or use the information).
